Youth Club

The Desert Palms Diamondbacks Youth Club is an affiliate club of the American Saddlebred Horse Association of America (ASHA). Enrolling your child in our youth club is the perfect way for him or her to meet other kids interested in horses and make new friends. Club members do not need to own a horse or even be taking riding lessons to participate. Any child who loves horses is welcome to join! We hold monthly meetings where members participate in different horse-related activities, take field trips, and earn ASHA/ASIY patches and badges. In addition to a wide variety of activities and projects, both fun and educational, members are also encouraged to give back to the community. Throughout the year, the Diamondbacks complete community service hours, hold food drives, or raise money for a special group. Other group incentives are that members get to participate in ASHA programs such as ASIYP, Saddle Time, and the photo contest. Sometimes we just opt for fun and hold pizza parties or barn sleepovers!

Youth Club Membership is $45/year
